Free parking was a great perk, saved us a lot of money and hassle. The location was convenient, close to the city centre and attractions. We loved the continental breakfast, it was delicious and had a good variety of options. Best aspect: The friendly and approachable staff made us feel welcome and helped us with any questions or requests we had.
The size of the room and bathroom were quite small, not much storage space. The shower was cramped and the curtain was not ideal.

The hotel offered free parking, a major plus for us. The location was great, within walking distance of local tourist attractions and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the river.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being so close to both the town center and the Baltic Triangle area. It is also easily accessible thanks to the excellent public transport system. the rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities available.
There were some issues with noise levels both inside and outside the hotel, which could be problematic for light sleepers.

The food was excellent and good value. The bottled real ale was a bonus. The location was handy enough for where we wanted to go. Our room was usually quiet. The helpful advice when my wife was suddenly taken ill was greatly appreciated.
Felt extremely welcome, no complaint.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location is perfect for accessing all the tourist attractions in the city. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are satisfactory. The rooms provide a lovely view of the harbour and the breakfast is reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, nice river view, close to Albert docks and city centre, wouldn't want to be in noisy centre, room size a bit uncomfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at The Dolby Hotel Liverpool - Free City Centre Parking. The location was excellent, with easy access to attractions and public transport discounts. The room, although basic, was comfortable and had everything I needed. The view from the restaurant was fine, overlooking the Mersey.
